Cares4Kids Application

As a paying Constant Contact customer who wants to sponsor an organization, you can fill out the applications below. Just be sure you've got all the necessary information first. It takes about 1-2 weeks to process the application and verify the organization's eligibility.

We will email the organization to let them know their approval status. If they are accepted into the program we will provide them with a username and password for their free account. They will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

The organization you would like to sponsor must be 100% focused on literacy, arts, or educational programs for children.
